Little Things began with a little plate and the desire to make people smile. I (Andrea) have always loved baking, primarily so I can see the delight on others faces as they taste the sugar and fat and salt in my trays. When I stumbled upon La Cuisine Paris Cooking school prior to my trip to Paris in 2017, I knew I was meant to learn how to make this finicky, but delectable treat. Upon returning to the Twin Cities, I began working on perfecting my flavors and shells. They are not a very forgiving dessert and require so much love and care, but that is what I like about making them. And then getting to see people savor this labor of love is the “filling in my macaron”!
